    Abstract
    The present research inform titled Role Play to increase the Speaking in the students of the second grade of secondary school of the "Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo" I.E. of Chachapoyas, began with the formulation of the problem to what extent the technique of Role Play will increase the Speaking of the English language in the students. The objective was to demonstrate the influence of Role Play to increase the students' Speaking; for which an applied research was conducted within the quantitative approach; applicative level and a pre-experimental design with a single group, applying an entry and exit test through an evaluation rubric, with a sample of 19 students from the second grade classroom Justice; having as results that the students inceased their speaking reaching the levels of achieved in 84,2% and outstanding in 15,8%, concluding that the technique proposed as the Role Play allowed us to increase the level of Speaking.
