    Abstract
The general objective of this research was to determine how the application of graphic plastic strategies influences the strengthening of fine motor skills in 5-year-old children of the Educational Institution N° 020 of Chachapoyas, has as a quantitative approach and descriptive level since the theoretical contribution was sought to the extent that the dependent variable was described, using the pre-experimental design, the population was 108 and with a sample of 24 students between 5-year-old boys and girls, to whom the pre-test and post-test were applied using the evaluation rubric with the scales: beginning, process, achieved and outstanding to measure their level of fine motor skills. The application was based on 20 workshops of the independent variable (graphic plastic strategies) and was evaluated with the checklist with a dichotomous rating scale (yes and no). When applying the pre-test, the Excel program was used to analyze the statistical data, it was evidenced that the 24 children are at the beginning level, making 100% of the total, and for the post-test, this same program was also used and it was evidenced that 22 children are at the outstanding level, representing 92%, and 2 children at the achieved level, representing 8% of the total number of students, which allows us to conclude that the application of the graphic plastic strategies did significantly improve to strengthen fine motor skills in the children of the 5-year-old classroom of I.E.I. No. 020 of the city of Chachapoyas in the year 2023. Keywords: Fine motor skills, strategies, plastic graphics, program, strengthen
