The present research report had as objective to demonstrate that the strategy "Blended Learning" develops the ability of writing in the students of the second of secondary in the I.E. ¨Jorge Basadre de Tingo" - 2023, an investigation of applicative type was used, within the quantitative approach, with a design of pre-experimental investigation and with a single group, having as variables to the strategy of the "Blended Learning" and the writing. In this research it was applied in 20 sessions evaluated through an evaluation rubric in indicators, according to the dimensions of vocabulary, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
In this research a pre-test and post-test was applied where the sample was selected by non-probabilistic sampling, by convenience to 20 students. The results show that the students who were at a beginning level correspond to 100% and after applying the strategy only 5% remained at the beginning level; 45% at achieved level and 50% at outstanding level; concluding that the blended learning strategy significantly develops the improvement of the students' writing skills.
