The present research entitled: Methodological strategies to improve spelling in
students of the second grade of secondary level of the Educational institución 18002
"Mary Help of Christians"- 2023; aimed to determine the level of spelling through
the application of the methodological strategies; a research was used with quantitative
approach with descriptive level and pre-experimental design. Counting on one
population of 75 students and a sample of 28 students of the second grade "A". The
results that were obtained in the entrance evaluation (pre test) shows us a students mostly
at the beginning leve!,after the application of the strategies methods developed in
twenty sessions, there was a significant improvement in the spelling practice,this is
demonstrated in the results obtained at the end, compared with the initial results after
applying the different methodological strategies in each of the sessions carried out,when
carrying out the exit evaluation (post test),where in most of the students are at the level
of achieved learning and outstanding achievement. Concluding that the methodological
strategies significantly influence the spelling.
