EL SILENT WAY METHOD PARA FORTALECER EL SPEAKING EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL PRIMER GRADO DE SECUNDARIA EN LA I.E. N° 18084 DE LA VILLA – JAZÁN.
Abstract
The following research project entitled “The Silent Way Method to improve
speaking in students of the first grade of secondary school of “La Villa” – Jazán Nº.
18084. The objective is to demonstrate that the Silent Way method improves the
speaking skills of first grade secondary school students.
The research project is applied with a pre-experimental design. The population
was 23 students from “La Villa” – Jazán Nº. 18084, which try to measure statistically
the learning process about the English language through the application of the Silent
Way method. A checklist was used to collect the data.
In conclusion, the research project has improved the development of oral
expression in the first-grade students of Secondary School “La Villa” – Jazán Nº.
18084 and guarantee that the silent way method helps to improve the speaking in its
four dimensions.
